El sello ucraniano Quasi Pop que dirige desde Kiev Edward Sol cuyo roster se compone de artistas de Ucrania, Noruega y Japón, ha reeditado recientemente “It’s Not The End Of The World” que contiene grabaciones entre 2003 y 2006 del hiperactivo ruidista noruego Lasse Marhaug. Originalmente este disco se editó en el sello chino Doufu en 2004 y para “It’s Not…” varios temas fueron trabajados nuevamente, además de un tema nuevo.
Marhaug combina registros de campo con ráfagas constantes de ruido crudo, con guitarras y líneas de distorsión.

On Ukrainian label run by Kiev’s artist Edward Sol hold a roster that consists in artists from Ukraine, Norway and Japan, has reissued recently ‘It’s Not The End Of The World’ that comprise recordings between 2003 and 2006 from hyperactive noise maker Lasse Marhaug.
Originally this album was released on Chinese label Doufu in 2004 and for ‘It’s Not The End…’ many of the tracks were reworked in addition to a new track.
Marhaug blends field recordings with persistent bursts of harsh noise, fuzz guitars and lines of distortion.
