Este es un trío de Brooklyn que ha estado activo desde 1997 con una serie de 8 álbumes y varios EP’s y sencillos.
Este EP es la primera parte de la trilogía “Thank Your Parents” que conformará un triple disco con el título de “Rated 0” que será editado a principios de 2009 en Jagjaguwar.
“Preteen Weaponry” consiste en tres largos temas de rock psico, pesadas baterías y guitarras. Los patrones repetitivos, el desarrollo de espirales de guitarras expansivas y sintes análogos del tipo space rock, insinúan una experiencia psicodélica cruzada con la música krautrock.

This is a trio from Brooklyn that has been active since 1997 with a series of recordings of eight full-length albums and various EPs and singles.
This EP is the first part of the “Thank Your Parents” trilogy which is going to be a triple album called “Rated 0” to be released on Jagjaguwar early in 2009.
“Preteen Weaponry” consists in three long tracks of psyche rock, heavy bass drums and crunchy guitars. Repetitive patterns and unfolding spirals and expansive guitars insinuate a psychedelic experience crossed by krautrock music.
